Hmm, not really a protocol, but a question. I was wondering whether the signal that triggers sexual maturity in mammals is known?  Huh

I know there is some conditions, i.e. hormono-dependant cancers that triggers early puberty in affected children, but what of the regular process, and in particular, what is the mechanisms of the switch?

Articles or links would be welcome.

Hey Moez.

I hope this paper answer your question.
As what exactly triggers the GnRH urge I am not really sure, but at least you have a starting point
